My Evil Aunt’s Husband is a coward.
He had no problem posting threatening comments directed at me online, until the police notified him that he needed to stop or he would be in major trouble.(He didn’t stop the silly little comments attempting to belittle me and my family)
I will have to revise my earlier post–(a crazy person would have ignored the police)
So he isn’t “crazy” he is just a cur.
A man who gets around a “technicality” in a poorly written Florida law rather than admit to his illegal drug use(We have already proven that The Rat-Bstard has taken illegal drugs most of his adult life.)
He wasn’t standing up for 4th admendment rights he was hiding behind it!

Dec. 18–After the state Department of Juvenile Justice began an agency-wide program of random drug tests, one man just said no. He says it cost him his job, and now he is taking the department to court.
Analyst Roderick H. Wenzel, a 17-year-state employee with an unblemished record, refused last August to take a mandatory drug test, citing privacy rights. His bosses told him they now had “cause” to require the test.
Only a drug-user would refuse to take a drug test, department administrators insisted.
Department Chief of Staff Jane McElroy fired Wenzel, 49, on Sept.
17, citing a “violation of the rules,” records show.

Rod Wenzel/Roderick Wenzel wrote under the screen name Wachovitom. He should not pretend to be someone else. How much lower than low is the person who stoops to falsify another’s identity (it is probably due to his illegal drug use over the years)
If Roderick Wenzel or Doty Wenzel want to create a blog to dispute this blog they are free to do so.
Mr. Wenzel apparently needs to have Florida law quoted for him.
Citing F.S. 817.568, Fraudulent Practices/ Criminal Use of Personal Idenitification Information (4) and (5): The 2009 Florida Statutes
(4) Any person who willfully and without authorization possesses, uses, or attempts to use personal identification information concerning an individual without first obtaining that individual’s consent, and who does so for the purpose of harassing that individual, commits the offense of harassment by use of personal identification information, which is a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
(5) If an offense prohibited under this section was facilitated or furthered by the use of a public record, as defined in s. 119.011, the offense is reclassified to the next higher degree as follows:
(a) A misdemeanor of the first degree is reclassified as a felony of the third degree.

The intent to slander continues, however I have blocked Doty Wenzel and Roderick Wenzels defaming postings.
They have attempted to post my attorney’s name on this blog.

Everyone knows there behavior is horrible, but they continue. They have created COUNTLESS SCREEN NAMES–there must be some sort of pyschological disorder associated with this.

A pathological liar is usually defined as someone who lies incessantly to get their way and does so with little concern for others. (sounds like Doty Wenzel and Roderick Wenzel to me)
Pathological lying is often viewed as a coping mechanism developed in early childhood and it is often associated with some other type of mental health disorder, such as antisocial personality disorder or sociopathy.(Again this sounds like Doty and Roderick Wenzel)
A pathological liar is often goal-oriented (i.e., lying is focused – it is done to get one’s way).
Pathological liars have little regard or respect for the rights and feelings of others.(Clearly this appears to be they way Doty Wenzel has been acting most of her adult life)
They often come across as being manipulative, cunning and self-centered.(In my experience with Doty and Roderick Wenzel, this hits the nail on the head)
Nonetheless, if combined with sociopathic tendencies, they can be charming and superficially extremely likable people. Perfect con artists. (You be the judge)

I would really like to know how Roderick Wenzel obtains his illegal drugs.
Does Roderick Wenzel or did Roderick Wenzel ever “grow his own?”
Does Roderick Wenzel or has Roderick Wenzel ever sold drugs, if so, to whom?
Who does Roderick Wenzel purchase or who had Roderick Wenzel ever purchased his drugs from.
If Roderick Wenzel can admit this things it might make his road to redemption a little less difficult.
